Ann's early career in the lending and cash management sectors of banking businesses enabled her to develop operational management, marketing and leadership skills that continues to mark her success in the real estate industry.
Beginning her real estate career in 1994, and reaching nearly $4 million in sales by her 3rd year, she wanted more opportunity for growth and took a position as a sales agent with Keller Williams Realty, Gulf Coast in May of 1997.
On the same day, she was elected president of the Junior-League of Clearwater-Dunedin, Inc. She worked with the League leadership to overhaul the organization, resulting in the elimination of debt and established commercial rental income. To insure the League’s long-term financial stability, Ann, along with a group of past presidents, established an Endowment Fund and The Junior League Foundation Board to manage it, of which she served as Charter President for 4 years.
In May of 1999, Ann purchased Keller Williams Realty, Gulf Coast. Starting with eleven agents, Ann's team grew the office to over 400 agents during the first five years. In 2006, when the market took a turn for the worse, she consolidated the offices and moved into better markets. Ann prepared the company for a successful reentry into the market, maintaining profitability until selling the offices in 2010 and 2012.
Currently, Ann has developed a small luxury real estate team, Ann Rogers & Associates, joining the ForeSite Residential Real Estate brokerage located at 575 2nd Ave S, St Petersburg, Florida.
